Initial Consultations

We will have open and honest conversation about your current concern. Together we will discuss your expectations and understanding of the journey ahead. We will clinically assess, analyse movements and where appropriate, gather data to best inform the agreed upon plan moving forwards. 

Personalised programming

You can expect a programme to best support your rehabilitation based on our conversations and agreed upon actions. These programmes are tailored to bring you the same level of expertise usually provided to professional athletes at the peak of their performance careers. The programmes will be objective, effective and achievable in the environment that best suits you.

Follow up support and progression

Follow up sessions are designed to check in, review your progress and move the programme forwards when appropriate. I provide a hybrid approach to follow up appointments to enable all Kioni clients to have the best and most accessible experience. A mixture of follow up durations to best suit your need for contact. Online options if attending in person isn't always possible. Online rehabilitation review if you require support for programming or distance is a factor preventing in-person attendance.

Hybrid Treatment & training

Providing a flexible experience to programme review we can discuss your programme and goals remotely or  in person. We can use a mixture of session styles and timeframes to achieve your desired outcome. Much like a rehabilitation programme might flex and adapt I will adopt the same approach to best supporting your training journey. 

Performance Preparation

More of us are endeavouring to have a healthier lifestyle and as such many are now competing in recreational, regional, national or international sporting events. You don't need to be injured to best understand how to optimise your training. I can help you prepare for an event by considering where you may be able to optimise training or refine techniques to prevent injuries from hampering your progress. 

Online Support

I understand that life can be busy. That's why I offer access to online follow up support, so you can check in when it's more convenient for you.  If you aren't clear on which appointment you may require or how frequently to check in, just drop me a message and I will get back to you.
